Caregivers are the customer.
Not payers. Not health systems. Not facilities. Each will matter eventually. The caregiver comes first because the caregiver is the person buying back their life.
Company
And we refuse to let another family disappear quietly.
Why we exist
We have been there. The 3 a.m. calls. The repetitive questions that bend a day in half. The slow disappearance of sleep, work, and ourselves. We watched the people in our families go through it, and we watched the system around them have nothing real to offer.
The clinical literature already named the problem. The repetition is the syndrome. The voice that means safety is the medicine. We built Proxi to deliver that voice consistently, on the caregiver’s terms, without destroying the person whose voice it is.

What we build
Right now that means dementia families, where the clinical evidence is strongest and the collapse pattern is most measurable.
The technology is novel. The clinical alignment is conservative. We refuse to ship voice technology into a vulnerable population without the full safety architecture in place from day one.
How we work

Not payers. Not health systems. Not facilities. Each will matter eventually. The caregiver comes first because the caregiver is the person buying back their life.
Every claim we make is sourced. Our DCS framework is grounded in peer-reviewed literature. We are running validation studies. We will publish.
We do not move fast and break things in dementia care. We move deliberately and break nothing.
Not because we want to brag about a portfolio. Because the safeguards in your Proxi cannot be casually copied or stripped down by a competitor wanting to ship faster. The protection is for the user.
