Trust

Your Proxi. Your voice. Your keys.

Voice continuity for someone you love only works if you trust where the data goes, what it is allowed to do, and who can stop it. The promise between you and Proxi, in plain English.

The promise

You will own your voice. You will own all the information.

You will hold the keys. Not us. One switch ends it.

Most companies promise “enterprise-grade” security. Some promise “bank-grade.” For what you trust us with, neither is enough. We hold ourselves to military and national-infrastructure-grade, the standard our CISO and CTO came from.

Safety

Your loved one is never alone with the AI.

Every conversation Proxi handles is monitored. Our internal quality-assurance team is led by US-registered nurses with dementia specialization. This is safety monitoring of the product, not a nursing service to your family. We are not required to staff a registered nurse for a product like ours. We do it anyway, because the population we serve deserves nothing less.

Live, during the call.

Conversations crossing safety thresholds bring a human into the loop in real time.

End of every call.

Every flagged interaction is reviewed by a nurse-on-shift.

Pattern analytics across days.

Multiple analytic layers surface drift, mood shifts, and emerging issues your eyes might miss.

Proxi is not a medical service. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or provide medical care. We work with your clinician when the situation calls for it. The safety team exists because voice continuity for a vulnerable population requires human oversight, full stop, and we are not willing to ship without it.

Five principles

The promise, in five lines.

You own your Proxi.

The voice model, the knowledge graph and the configuration are yours.More on this

Not licensed to anyone, not used to train anything, not borrowable. Your recordings build a model that sounds like you, and voice is identity, so we treat it that way. The graph you build, who she is, what settles her, what must never be raised, is yours on the same terms.

Your Proxi only does what you authorized.

Every topic and every redirection is something you approved.More on this

Your Proxi cannot improvise outside that scope, and the limits are enforced in the architecture rather than by polite instructions in a prompt. You can change the scope at any time and it applies on the next call. There is no hidden default set: if a topic is not authorised it does not exist for your Proxi.

Your Proxi cannot leave its sandbox.

It runs in an isolated environment and cannot act in the world.More on this

It cannot make calls you did not authorise, move your money, make medical recommendations, or speak to anyone other than the person you set it up for. If the future brings a capability you want, calendar coordination or prescription reminders, it arrives as a separately authorised feature. Not a default, not silent.

You hold the keys.

Your Proxi is locked behind keys you control, and we do not hold them.More on this

Two ways to hold them: keep them yourself, or use a third-party key custodian you already trust. Either way we cannot unlock your Proxi without you, and neither can anyone who compels us.

You can stop everything in one click.

One switch ends it. Voice, graph and logs, deleted or exported first.More on this

Confirmed within 24 hours, audited, and reportable on request. We do not retain and we do not hold a copy in case you come back. What must be kept for legal reasons is held encrypted by a third party, retrievable by you and not by us.

What this costs us

The harder path, on purpose.

Building this way is harder and slower than the alternative. Some products keep your data because they want it. Others keep your model because they want to use it. Others hold the keys because it makes the engineering easier. We are choosing the harder path because the population we serve cannot afford the alternative.

What we are not

Five lines. As important as what we are.

  • We are not a medical device.
  • We are not a 911 service.
  • We are not insurance, and we do not bill insurance.
  • We are not a replacement for your in-person caregiving.
  • We are not a chatbot wearing your voice.

We are voice continuity for caregivers, with a safety architecture built for the population we serve, brought to market carefully so it actually helps and does not harm.
