Most surveys are anonymous. You provide an answer; we receive it without it being tied to you, unless you opt in to share contact information for follow-up.
Surveys are voluntary research, not clinical trials. They do not require IRB review under standard HHS regulations for non-interventional, anonymous research. For studies that interact with patients or collect identifiable health information, we work under appropriate IRB oversight separately. Those studies are not on this page.
The Dementia Caregiver Syndrome framework needs validation against real-world caregiver experience and clinical opinion. Surveys are one input.
Pricing, feature priorities, and design decisions are better when grounded in caregiver voice, not assumption.
The clinical and economic case for caregiver support is stronger when supported by data.
